How the portrait is made
You choose a photo, and our AI artist paints your pet in pale watercolor washes with warm light behind them. You can add a soft golden halo, a small cloud or a pastel rainbow, or keep them just as they were. Their face, markings and eye color come from your photo, and you see the finished design before anything is printed.
The words are yours: their name, the years they were with you, or a line such as Forever loved, Always with me or Until we meet again. If you are not sure what to write, our guide has short lines and quotes that others have chosen.
Choosing a keepsake
A mug is used every day, quietly. A poster or a pillow keeps them in the room where they used to sleep. An ornament gives them a place on the tree each December. Many people choose one for themselves and send another to someone who loved the same pet; you can ship straight to them.
Older and imperfect photos usually work well. If one is too blurry to draw from, we tell you straight away so you can choose another, and a person will help by email if you need it.
