Choosing a photo
Choose a photo where you can see their face clearly, ideally one that shows them the way you remember them. Older photos and phone pictures work well. If one is too blurry to draw from, we tell you before anything is made.
Words and choices
You can show them with a soft golden halo on a small cloud, under a pastel rainbow, or simply as they were in plain watercolor. The words are yours: their name, the years they were with you, or a line such as Forever loved, Good boy or Always by my side.
Many people order one for themselves and one for someone else who loved the same dog. A mug is a quiet keepsake: it sits on the shelf or gets used every morning, whichever feels right. Take your time; you can save the design and come back to it.

Questions
Can I add their dates?
Yes. Add a line with the years, a date or a few words. You see exactly how it looks on the mug as you type.
Can you help with an old or damaged photo?
Email us and a person will look at it with you. We would rather tell you honestly if a photo will not print well than send something that disappoints.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your dog in the style you pick. You see the design on the mug before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One dog, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the mug straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
