Every mug is made to order from the design you approved. Here is what happens after you order, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Your mug is printed in the US by our print partner (part of Printify's network), so it never has to cross a border to reach you.

What it costs

Standard shipping is free. There are no extra fees at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.

How long it takes

• Printing: 2 to 5 business days.
• Shipping: 3 to 7 business days in the US.
• In total, most mugs arrive 5 to 12 business days after you order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. These are estimates, and busy weeks before the holidays can run toward the longer end.

Ordering for Christmas

For a mug to arrive in time for Christmas, please order by December 7. We can't promise delivery dates for orders placed after that.

Fixing something before it prints

Spotted a typo in the name, or picked the wrong size? Reply to your order confirmation email within 2 hours and we will fix it before it goes to print. After that, the mug is already being made.

Tracking your order

We send you three emails:

• An order confirmation, right after you pay.
• A shipped email with your tracking link, when the mug leaves the printer.
• A delivered email, when the carrier marks it delivered.

Can't find them? Check your spam or promotions folder, or email support@petkeepsakeco.com.

If it doesn't arrive

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your mug never arrives, email us. We will reprint it or refund you in full. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we send the mug to the address you give us.

If it arrives damaged

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. The details are on our returns and guarantee page.
