Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from Pet Keepsake Co at petkeepsakeco.com. Please read them before you order. If anything is unclear, email support@petkeepsakeco.com and we will explain.

Who we are

Pet Keepsake Co is a trading name of JG Core Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16218779). Registered office: c/o Burton Varley Ltd, The Counting House, 24 Richmond Road, Bowdon, Altrincham, England, WA14 2TT.

What you are buying

• Each mug is made to order from the photo you upload and the words you choose.
• The art is AI-assisted: it is drawn by AI from your photo, not painted by hand.
• Before you pay, we show you the exact design that will be printed. Colors on a printed mug can look slightly different from your screen.
• Mugs are printed and shipped by our print partner, part of Printify's network.

Your photo and words

By uploading a photo, you confirm it is yours or that you have permission to use it. You allow us to use it to make your design and your order, and for nothing else. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep it.

We may refuse or cancel an order whose photo or words are offensive, or that uses someone else's artwork, characters or trademarks. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping to US addresses. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is taken when you order, securely through Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).

Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. If we can't make your order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We ship to US addresses only. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, and shipping 3 to 7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. The details, including our Christmas order-by date, are on our shipping page. Please check your address at checkout: we send your mug to the address you give us.

Changing your order

If you spot a mistake, such as a typo in a name, reply to your order confirmation email within 2 hours and we will fix it before it goes to print. After that, your mug is already being made.

Our guarantee

• Damaged, misprinted or faulty: email a photo of it within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send it back.
• Not arrived: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order never arrives, we will reprint it or refund you in full.
• Change of mind: because every mug is personalized, we can't accept returns or give refunds if you simply change your mind.

Our responsibility to you

If something goes wrong with your order, the most we are responsible for is the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including your consumer rights where you live.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the US state where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
