Does it work with a black cat?
Yes. Pick a light colour such as White, Sport Grey or Sand so a dark coat stands out, and use a photo in daylight so the eyes and whiskers show.
Can I add a second line?
Yes, a short line under the name, such as Cat Mom or a nickname.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your cat in the style you pick. You see the design on the sweatshirt before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One cat, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
How do the sizes fit?
They are unisex, so order your usual size, or size up for a relaxed, oversized look. The size chart is next to the size picker. Each one is printed just for you, so we can’t exchange sizes.
How big is the print?
On the crewneck your pet fills the front, about 10 inches across or tall on a medium. On the hoodie it is a chest print above the pocket, up to about 7.5 inches tall. Bigger sizes get a proportionally bigger print.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the sweatshirt straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
