Photo tips for cats
Cats rarely pose, so use the photo you already have: one where they are sitting or loafing with both eyes open and ears up. Close up is better; a small ornament shows the face, not the room.

Questions
Will the hat cover their markings?
No. The hat sits on top of the head and the face, eyes and markings stay visible. You see it before you order and can pick another outfit.
Is it breakable?
It is ceramic, so it can break if dropped on a hard floor. Hang it a little higher if your cat climbs the tree.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your cat in the style you pick. You see the design on the ornament before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One cat, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the ornament straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
