Why watercolor suits a guinea pig
Guinea pig coats are made of soft patches: cream and white on a teddy, ginger and black on an Abyssinian, the swirls of a rosette. Watercolor washes blend those patches the way they look in real life, and the edges fade into the white of the mug instead of a hard outline.
The sample is a cream and white teddy called Hazel. Long-haired breeds like Peruvians and Shelties paint beautifully too, as long as the face is not hidden under the fringe.

Questions
Can I put my pair on one mug?
Yes. Most guinea pigs live in pairs or groups, so you can add up to three, each from its own photo, and arrange them side by side.
Will it keep their markings?
Yes: patches, rosettes and colors come from your photo. Watercolor softens them a little; the realistic style keeps them sharper.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your guinea pig in the style you pick. You see the design on the mug before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One guinea pig, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the mug straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
