Photo tips for guinea pigs
Get down to their level, wait for a veggie-time pose, and use daylight from a window. One guinea pig per photo works best; add up to two more friends afterwards.

Questions
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your guinea pig in the style you pick. You see the design on the mug before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One guinea pig, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the mug straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 7.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or a refund.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
In loving memory
A soft watercolor portrait from a favorite photo, with their name and a few words. Older photos work well.
