Photo tips for guinea pigs
A front-facing photo with the whole face visible works best, because the crown sits on top of the head and the cape over the shoulders. Daylight, close up, one guinea pig per photo.

Small animal, big portrait
Anyone who has heard a guinea pig wheek at the fridge knows who runs the house. The royal style makes it official: rich oil-paint colors, a gold crown or a jewelled tiara, and a velvet cape with an ermine collar, painted over their own face and coat.
Choose King, Queen, Prince or Princess after you upload; you see all four. Then give them a title such as Princess Pumpkin or His Majesty Biscuit. The sample is Pumpkin, a tricolor Abyssinian, as a princess.

Questions
Which outfits can I choose?
King (gold crown and red cape), Queen (tiara, pearls and blue cape), Prince (coronet and green cape) or Princess (silver tiara and pink cape).
Does the crown hide their face?
No. The crown sits on top and the cape below the chin, so the face, eyes and markings stay clear.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your guinea pig in the style you pick. You see the design on the mug before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One guinea pig, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the mug straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
In loving memory
A soft watercolor portrait from a favorite photo, with their name and a few words. Older photos work well.
