Cartoon works best from a photo where the whole face is visible and the ears are in the frame. A big expression helps: a tongue out, a head tilt or ears up comes through even stronger in the drawing.

Does the cartoon still look like my pet?
Yes. We keep the coat colors, markings, ear shape and expression from your photo. You see three versions before you choose, and you can redraw for free.
Can I put two pets on one cartoon mug?
Yes, up to three pets: add each one from its own photo and arrange them on the mug before you order.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your pet in the style you pick. You see the design on the mug before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One pet, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the mug straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
