Does the cartoon poster look like my pet?
Yes: markings, coat color and ear shape come from your photo. If something is off, redraw it for free before you order.
Can I hang it without a frame?
Yes, with poster strips or clips. A frame keeps it flat and protects it, and the sizes match standard frames.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your pet in the style you pick. You see the design on the poster before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One pet, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Does it come framed?
No. The poster ships rolled in a sturdy tube, without a frame, so it fits a standard 12 × 18, 16 × 24 or 24 × 36 inch frame.
What paper is it printed on?
Matte museum-grade archival paper with pigmented archival inks, printed in the US by our print partner. Your words go on a cream band under the portrait.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the poster straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
