Choosing the photo for a pillow
A pillow prints big, so the face needs to be sharp. Use daylight at the dog's eye level with both eyes open. A shaped pillow also needs the whole head and ears in the frame, because the cut follows the outline. For a drawn square pillow the background is removed, so a busy room doesn't matter.
