Photo tips for dogs
Use a photo taken at your dog's eye level, facing you, with the eyes sharp: that is the face that ends up on the pillow. Daylight shows the true coat color; flash flattens it.

A face, not a shape
Some dog face pillows are cut to the outline of the head. Ours is a square pillow: our AI artist draws your whole dog, sitting or standing, facing out, and we print it big in the middle with their name underneath, on both sides, so it looks right whichever way it lands on the sofa. The sample is a yellow Labrador called Milo.
Realistic gives the closest likeness, watercolor gives a softer look for a bedroom, and cartoon is fun for kids. The Your photo style uses the photo itself, cut out from the background, with no drawing at all.

Questions
Is it just the face, cut to shape?
No. It is a 16 or 18 inch square pillow with your whole dog drawn large, face toward you, on both sides. The insert is included.
Is it the same on both sides?
Yes. The same design, your dog and their name, is printed on the front and the back.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI artist redraws your dog in the style you pick. You see the design on the pillow before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One dog, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the pillow straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
