Photo tips for pets
On a 3 inch ornament the face does the work, so pick a photo where your pet’s head is big in the frame. Daylight and eyes open matter more than a perfect pose.

Christmas gifts for pet lovers: 15 ideas they'll actually use
One for every pet in the house
Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, birds and bearded dragons all get drawn from your own photo, not a breed lookalike. The year goes on the second line, so it becomes a small collection, one each December.
It is a 3 inch glossy ceramic ornament with a gold cord, ready to hang or to wrap as a stocking stuffer. For a pet who has passed, our memorial ornament has a gentle watercolor angel style.

Questions
Can I put two pets on one ornament?
Yes, up to three pets on one design. On a 3 inch ornament one or two faces read best.
Is there a memorial version?
Yes, the pet memorial ornament, with a soft watercolor angel portrait and Forever loved under the name.
How does the design work?
You upload a photo, and our AI redraws your pet in the style you pick. You see the design on the ornament before you pay, and we print exactly that design (without the PREVIEW watermark).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can make a few free designs a day without an account or card. You only pay if you order.
What photo works best?
One pet, face clearly visible, in good light and close up. Photos where they are small, blurry or in a group work less well.
Can I change the name?
Yes. Type it in and it updates on the ornament straight away. After you order, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours if anything needs fixing, before it goes to print.
When will it arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days to ship in the US. For Christmas, order by December 4.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free, shipped free. You don't need to send it back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your design. Photos are deleted automatically within 60 days, and we never use them in ads without asking you first.
