Pet Keepsake Co affiliate terms

These terms add to the JG Core partner terms, which cover sign-up, payouts and ending the arrangement. Where they differ, these terms apply to sales on petkeepsakeco.com. Pet Keepsake Co is a trading name of JG Core Ltd.

What you earn

• Each qualifying order carries a 20% pool. You choose, in your dashboard, how much of it is a discount for the customer through your code (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, or none); the rest is your commission.
• Commission is that remaining percentage of the amount the customer actually pays (after the discount, excluding sales tax). With no code it is 20%.
• Changing your split creates a new code at the new percentage.
• A click counts for 30 days; the last affiliate click before the order wins. A sale with your code counts for you, whatever was clicked.

What doesn’t earn commission

• Gift card purchases (an order paid with a gift card earns on what was paid in money).
• Orders through other marketplaces, free or gifted orders, and orders by you or your household.
• Orders that are refunded or charged back: the commission is taken back in proportion, including after it was paid (it comes off your next payout). If we reprint an order because of our own mistake, your commission stays. We may void commission on an order that looks like abuse of the programme.

When you are paid

Commission is held for 30 days, then paid monthly by PayPal or Wise once you have £50 approved across the JG Core programme. Our sales are in US dollars; they are converted to pounds at the rate Stripe settled at. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.

How you promote us

• Disclose clearly in every post, video or page with your link or code, before the link and where people will see it: “Paid link”, “I earn a commission” or #ad. In videos, say it and show it. This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission.
• Be honest about the product: an AI-assisted portrait drawn from the buyer’s photo, printed and shipped in the US by our print partner. Don’t call it hand-painted or handmade, promise delivery dates we don’t, or invent reviews or results.
• No coupon, voucher, deal or cashback sites; no paid search ads on “Pet Keepsake Co” or close misspellings; no spam, and no pretending to be us.
• Only use your own pet photos, or photos you have permission to use, in your posts.

If you break these rules we may stop your link and code and withhold commission on the sales affected.

Changes

We may change these terms or the rates. A rate cut gets 14 days’ notice and never applies to commission already earned.
